Cancellation Policy and Late Policy I understand that life happens, but please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours will forfeit their deposit and may be charged 50% of the service fee. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Arrival after 10 minutes will result in a $10 late fee. Arrivals past 15 minutes will be cancelled and deposit forfeited, a new deposit will need to be paid in order to reschedule. No-Shows / Failure to Arrive Without Notice will be charged 100% of the service scheduled and may also risk being banned from future bookings. All deposits and services are NONREFUNDABLE.
